Shipping Method: EMS or UPS(We will bear the cost of excess shipping)

As it is international shipping service , delivery time and postage vary from different region.
During the special holiday like Festival, Holiday,National Holiday,the shipping time will take a little longer.

Customs Duty:

Please understand,The buyer is responsible for all applicable duty, taxes and related fees in the destination country.
The shipping fee is not refundable if the package is returned because the buyer fails to clear customs.
We can naturally give a whole host of useful recommendations in this matter.

Please check with your country’s custom office to determine what those additional cost will be prior to buying.

APO/FPO/DPO Shipping:

We apologize that P.O. Boxes and military addresses(APO, FPO) cannot be delivered.

Shipping Enquiry:

After a commodity has been shipped, we will send the “Tracking number” to your mailbox.

We will make hanbok strictly according to the measurements provided by you.
Returning is not acceptable.

If the dresses you received are damaged or have any quality problems, you can apply full refund.
Size and color difference do not belong to quality problems. But surely you will be satisfied.

We will give you return instruction after defect proved.
All returned item must be in brand-new condition, with no smell of perfume or any other trace of worn, unused and with original tags and packaging. You should contact us within 3 days (from the date that the product is received) if you want to return the hanbok back to us.

Cancellations

Canceling the order is impossible because it is a custom made.

We understand that our customers sometimes need the flexibility to cancel order for a variety of reasons.
The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind.
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
