I wish I could give a 10 star review. Mr. Kang made this such a pleasant experience. I couldn’t have imagined it going better even with someone that is local to me! I’m all the way in Canada and yet he was prompt and friendly in his responses. He was SO on top of everything: when we were choosing the design, keeping in touch with the dress progress, and all the way until it arrived safely at my home.
I was nervous about picking an online store for my wedding dress but it is seriously beautiful and exactly what I wanted.
He is as detail oriented as I am which made it easy on me when I was trying to communicate to him what I wanted. He draws out exactly what he is going to modify and that is what I need when it comes to my wedding dress.
